"What a shame everything was excellent until we returned to the hotel at 10:30pm in a taxi and couldn’t get a response from the intercom to get into the drop off area and to enter the hotel. I had to phone the hotel and get them to pick up and raise the gate. This part was not 5 star. Only blemish on what was a very good overnight stay. "

"Poor customer service- my partner was dismissed and turned away. His phone was taken from him for ID processing and he was mistreated. We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. We will not be staying again and reccommend somewhere else for better customer service. "

"I booked a room for my daughter and son-in-law plus their 9month old daughter. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay with Novotel especially with the reception staff who were very helpful at check-in with storage of their extra luggage and also with advice on their options. They rated Novotel much better than Pullman in terms of helpful staff and more pleasant surroundings."

"Luxurious rooms with amazing amenities. The beds are very comfortable, the layout is excellent and everything is super clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with all ingredients fresh. All staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to assist, as we found out when asking the concierge about food recommendations. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the city. Everything you could want from a city hotel, except maybe other services you would expect from a larger hotel, like pool and gym (there is a gym but it’s very small)."
