"Room was clean and comfortable with all one would need. Staff all amazing friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast buffet to be very nice with many choices. But go early as they suggest as it gets very busy and hectic later on. The so called Caesar salad I ordered through room service however was horrible. And definitely not a proper caesar salad. They have essential oils dispensers in the hallways which I found to be way to strong and offensive. It burned my eyes and made me feel sick. Not sure why they think these are necessary. They did move the one from outside my room, but the odor was still overpowering. And for some reason, they decided to oil the wooden pool deck on a busy Saturday, making the pool more or less useless that day and Sunday for me as the odor was overwhelming. Would I stay again? Indeed 👍"

"Perfect stay, beautiful gardens, very clean hotel, the staff work meticulously to keep it all looking at its best. The food was delicious throughout all restaurants, and excellent service from the staff in those restaurants, in particular Renolta in the lobster village bar, she remembers our drinks each time & gives excellent service. "This is not a 5 star property and food was terrible they dont event call you for prebooked breakfast or dinner for which you already paid 8k for and the pool had broken tiles which ican be very dangerous and also not worth 34k/night over priced and not worth staying "

"Great place to be for resort kind of stay. Cool and calm place just away from traffic noise and they have maintained every single big brand amenities, you won’t miss big brand stay. Best part is direct access to silent beaches with very less crowd. You could consider it as private beach. Great stay with great food and service"

The picnic by the pool was a lovely treat and a great way to enjoy the weather and pool amenities. Benalium beach is a 100m walk with various food options. "
