We very much enjoyed our one night stay. Clean bedroom and bath. The building is of historic design. The exterior and interior walls are of large granite blocks. The hotel is located in the country site, it is quiet and has a very helpful and accommodating staff. We would like to go back for a longer stay.

Very nice surroundings

Beautiful property. We have stayed here before. Well located. Nice breakfast. Terrible omelets. Overcooked. Good amenities. The only bad thing is bathroom lighting. It is WAY to dark over mirror. The hand mirror did not light up. They need shower mats as shower is very slippery!

Clean rooms, friendly staff laundry across the street. Can’t say anything more than good maybe excellent well managed hotel serious employees.

Beautiful hotel. Our room for 4 was very spacious and the property was spotless and seemed new. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. This is not a 5 star hotel, but it’s absolutely a 5 star experience. The entire staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. We had a massage, used the complimentary sauna, enjoyed the included mini fridge items, and had breakfast in bed. The art is thoughtful and fun. We loved our stay! The staff were very friendly and available, we were greeted with refreshments on arrival and personally walked to our rooms. Great amenities including free access to the steam room located in the spa, a great breakfast with options for all, and a welcome gift of port waiting for us in the room. The room was spacious, with a small kitchenette and a seated living space separate from the bedroom. It’s not a far walk from the central areas of Porto, with easy access to nice places...

Great location near trindade

A great relaxing hotel with all the needed services. The spa is relatively small (not for Europe) and provide very good services professionally delivered. The breakfast is very good and excellent service. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully designed, however, be aware of lack of privacy if traveling with friends or family members, the shower is all glass and visible from all angles of the room, the toilet a bit better but not totally private either. The rooms were lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Rafaela made excellent recommendations for dinner and offered to make reservations. The breakfast buffet was included and delicious. We loved walking everywhere

We like this hotel. It's located outside of the super busy and congested areas of old town, but it's still accessible by Metro (the station is across the street) or a cheap BOLT ride. The streets are FLAT! It's a 20 minute walk to old town with interesting architecture and shops along the way. We got upgraded to a bigger room with a king bed and patio (on ground floor, balconies on upper floors). The room was also clean and all the amenities was preent. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast items were fresh and delicious , staff were courteous .

Room was clean Shower was easy to use. I missed more storage space in the bathroom Even added hooks on the door would help. Not enough hangers on the closet bar. No suitcase holder .
