"Overall, it was a comfortable stay at Superior Living Başakşehir. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the environment felt calm and safe. "Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent."

"Site içerisinde aile için gayet güvenli ve konforlu bir konaklama yaşadık. Ayrıca konaklama tarihimizle ilgili 1 günlük kaydırma yapmamız gerekti ev sahibi gayet ilgili ve anlayışlıydı. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık çok teşekkürler."

"For a family this was perfect. The place is 5 min walk from 212 outlet mall and a small taxi ride from Istanbul mall. Kitchen was useful and kids loved the pool it was accessible every day for families except Tuesday and thousands from 11 to 4pm for ladies only. We also had access tot the gym. It has a small supermarket just under the apartment which was super useful. We stayed 4 days. Reception staff were useful especially with booking taxis and directions."
