"룸 청결 상태와 시설 전체 상태는 전반적으로 좋았으나 직원분들은 한결같이 무뚝뚝한 말투여서 조금 놀랐다. 조식 뷔페는 인당 2만원인데 딱 가격 만큼. 호텔 조식 치고 싼 편이고 음식 퀄리티도 그에 상응하는 듯. 연휴에 놀러갈곳 찾다가 사전 조사 없이 그냥 숙소 예약부터 했는데, 원주 도착해서 갈만한곳 찾아보니 소금산 출렁다리와 뮤지엄 산은 모두 오크밸리 근처에 있었다. 뮤지엄산이 너무 인상적이었고 두 곳만 방문하고 싶은 분은 숙소를 그쪽에 정하시는게 좋을듯. 인터불고에서는 차로 삼십분 가까이 이동해야 한다. 우린 치악산 국립공원도 방문했고 숙소가 오크밸리와 치악산 중간 지점이어서 나름 숙소를 잘 정한듯 싶다. 연휴라 헬쓰와 사우나 등 부대시설 운영을 하지 않았고, 벽간 층간 소음은 전혀 없었다. 도심 살짝 외곽에 있어서 도로 근접성 좋고 근처 자연 경관이나 조경 등은 전혀 없다. "
