"Excellent hotel. Clean and large rooms. European standard like a proper hotel. Location on main road but no noise in our room. They have a conference/event hall where events happen so some nose when event is on but stops by bed time. Easy to get cab oor walk over bus."

"Pathetic. We booked for 3 nights but only could stay a night. Didn’t even bother for a refund. We paid for food as well. The hotel was filthy dirty. Could not sleep as it was too noisy, staff was rude and didn’t care for anyone. Location of the hotel is bad. Rooms were stinky, bed sheets were torn and dirty. No intercom in the room. Tv was a joke, didn’t even turn on. Receptionist had an attitude she couldn’t handle. Never ever will they see me or my acquaintances. "

"Filthy room, incredibly rude staff who are slow to respond to the multitude of issues including broken shower, dirty toilet, disgustingly stinky kettle, very stained sheets. The room wasn’t even ready by 6pm when we tried to check in. The young manager is nice but the others are awful and will give you a terrible attitude when you ask for them to help. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this and rarely even leave reviews but this one was exceptionally bad so warranted a review so others don’t make...
