Not been at the Hyatt before but we were treated exceptionally at this hotel. The level of hospitality was beyond expectations and the staff made sure we were treated with great affection. Nice but not tranquil.

It is located in a very bustling area of DehraDhun, set back from the main road. Unfortunately due to the huge amount of development in the area, it’s not as tranquil as one would expect. On top of that, inside is loud as well with music blaring in lobby and restaurants. The staff are exceptionally polite and helpful and the food was delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean. If you are not expecting a super peaceful place, then I think you will enjoy this hotel.
