The location of the hotel was excellent for walkable shopping and food options, but was also across the street from the subway if you want to visit other districts. There was no feeling of chaos or hectic crowds, this hotel felt like a cozy and luxurious second home, the gym and spa were very convenient, and once again the staff were all so great across the board. "The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located in the middle of a busy shopping district with tons of restaurants and food stalls. This is a very busy part of the city, but an excellent place for first time visitors to Seoul because it yields easy access to public transportation, and the employees at the businesses in this tourist heavy neighborhood are accustomed to communicating with tourists whose Korean language skills are limited. "
