"Nice location for the park."

"Super convenient location for alishan train, night market and tourist attractions. The hotel only owns a couple floors of the building so you share the lift with other businesses to reception. They have internal lifts to the rooms itself. The entrance itself looked dodgy but when you get to the reception floor it looked like a nice place to stay at. Super good value stay. "

"This place is heaven. The owners are a lovely couple who are genuinely lovely people. They designed this place themselves and the attention to detail is evident. The room was great with a stunning Mountain View and modern en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was a lovely plus too! We will stay here again when we’re in the area."

There are some beautiful walks, all well signed, just minutes walk from Aliscenery. The area is stunningly beautiful. The rooms has huge windows and it’s rather like a live tv right before your eyes. "Parking isn’t easy but it’s perfectly situated to explore the old street. Nice to stay here overnight to get some hours avoiding the hordes of tour bus groups that come through."

"The room is spacious, clean and beautifully appointed. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property is away from the main road, so it’s quiet, but it’s still a walkable distance to the main attractions. It’s uphill to the bus stop and the attractions, but the host will pick up and deliver your luggage to and from the bus stop. They were really nice."

"It is ok. Don't expect much. The staffs are very nice. This is the first hotel where the bathroom is "dirty"...other peoples hair still in tub drain. Therefore make me question the cleanliness of the hot tub as it is the same until."

"The location is superior with views over the tea fields and magnificent view of the sunset/-rise. Super friendly hotel staff. Amazing breakfast. They even offered me to bring me to the bus station after I checked out!"

"The thermal spas are amazing. Although the outdoor one for us was closed for the two days for cleaning. Overall the hotel outside of the thermal spas is very dated and not the cleanest. we had some holes in linen and it was all a bit grimy. The staff were lovely and the food was great. "

"My room overlooking the village's central area provided interesting views into local life. Breakfast was available at the hotel's modest restaurant across the street. Helpful staff showed me the ingredients so I could build my own breakfast since I could not complete their Chinese language menu. The bathroom had its own onsen tub, so I did not use the spa."

"We had a bad experience finding the registration office. We came in from a different entrance (#2). There was no sign that the registration office is in a complete different building. My poor old mom had difficulty in walking had to waste her energy in going up and downhill with me trying to ask people and looking for the registration place. We only had a difficult time at the beginning. We enjoyed the rest of the staying because the staff were very nice and the food was great. "
