"Our stay at DozzZe Madrid Río was enjoyable. Pros: the place is close to public transportation with a bus stop at 1mn of the building bringing you directly to the Royal Palace and Plaza de España and a metro station at a 10mn walk. There is a big park with free parking at lot 200m - be careful because green parking is not free - and several supermarkets at less than 2mn walk. "In general the service is very good and the receptionist that did the checking in was very helpful. The only hiccup was at night. I did not know there was a curfew at the hotel and the gates were closed for the night and the night receptionist turned out to be passive aggressive and I did not appreciate his attitude not one little bit. But other than that, everything was perfect. I would choose to stay at the hotel again if I needed to, especially now that I know all the peculiarities. :)"
