"Fantastic stay at the Lava Beach hotel. The 5 star rating is truly justified. Rooms were large and well finished, robes and slipper included. Spa facility for massage was great and worth the extra money. Restaurants in 200m either direction if you don’t want to eat in the hotel. Breakfast was great and the Cava was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble - the rooms were kept beautifully clean and there was a good selection of food for both adults and kids. The pool was lovely, if a little on the chilly side in February, and there is a lifeguard on duty from 10am-6pm. "Room and hotel was clean, the all inclusive was basic, food lacked any quality. I'd rather pay more money and have better quality food. The pool bar you had to buy a plastic glass, and if you wanted a fresh pool towel had to pay two euro. However, for the money I would consider staying with the kids again. Just feel the property could do so much better with some investment in the upkeep of the hotel."

"The whole suite just felt luxurious, Especially the Bathroom and the pool area is shared only with a few guests, so mostly it feels quiet. The breakfast was amazing, everyday they serve a different menu and you can just taste the quality in the food. The Manager Stephanie came every morning to check on all of the guests and she was very helpful and warm. Definitely recommend!!"
