"We did not use the restaurant on site but everything else related to the hotel was excellent! The room was spotlessly clean, we hasaview down the river from our balcony, and it's within walking distance from many restaura ts. If using a taxi, they arrived quickly"

"Overall we had a great time staying at Jam Porto, the location is excellent with the metro station 5 mins away. The hotel was very clean and beds made daily. The pool area was lovely but we struggled to get a sun bed. The layout of the rooms was unusual and quirky and did mean they were dark inside as the bedroom was located upstairs. The stairs were also very odd, half steps to accommodate the steepness making them feel quite dangerous. There was air-con in the room but it is controlled at reception and the default setting was high, we asked for it to be lowered which it was but wasn’t very effective and it didn’t reach the upstairs bedroom at all but there was at least a fan provided for the bedroom."
