There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. "Lovely hotel near Old part of city. Indian food in Golden Oak was fantastic - can recommend the Kerala fish curry and the Pilau. We had a few dishes and they were all amazing. Good buffet breakfast wit my option to order omelettes etc. Staff very helpful while we there and also with our onward travel. Close to South End Circle Metro so excellent for getting to other parts of the city. "
