"The hotel and staff were excellent. It’s only a short walk to the train station, which made it a good base to travel from, but it’s still quiet and easy to sleep. The air conditioner kept the room very comfortable, particularly during the heat wave. It would be nice if there was a recycling bin in the room, but I have no actual complaints."

"Well run, and the location was fantastic for downtown access. The stairs were easy to find and worked well. But it would have been nice to have more eating utensils than just two paper cups. The instructions asked us to hang towels on towel racks, but there were no towel racks, only towel hooks (which was fine). Also randomly at 3am, we were woken up by a presumably accidental loudspeaker announcement which was cut short thankfully. At check-in, it was brightly advertised that there is no check-out procedure, but then when we left we noticed a very small box with a very small sticker with the instruction to please return the "access card" here when leaving. This is a little bit confusing. Either they should not ask for the card back or else they should make clear that "no check-out" has a special meaning (maybe, "would you please help us by leaving your card here so that we know we can start cleaning your room right away?")."

"We were only here for 1 night, but I wish we'd had more time. This was 5 minute walk from the trainstation and less than 5 minutes from the main Markt shopping area in Leipzig. There was a broad range of dining and shopping options all immediately available. The location couldn't have been better. The rooms were much larger than I expected them to be. Our room for three also had two en suite bathrooms, which was better and more than I expected. Everything was clean and looked to have been recently refurbished. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the laundry room, which worked well, and also took advantage of the happy hour prices at the bar. They poured a great drink. The only issue we had was that the elevator on one side of the facility wasn't working, so the stairs to the 4th floor was a bit of a hike. But, we managed without too much issue."
