"The hotel is really new and modern, and the staff are lovely. But overall it is COMPLETELY unprepared to handle the volume it is currently pushing with tour groups. Just two staff members and two printed menus to service the entire restaurant each evening. Tour groups all depart at approx the same time which means there is 120 people descending upon the restaurant for breakfast at once - again, it was completely unable to cope, with one poor guy rushing madly around trying to do everything. "This was a charming studio that was well equipped and had a very firm but surprisingly comfortable bed. The tram runs right past the apartment but didn't keep us awake. It's an easy walk to restaurants and shopping and old town. Highly recommend it and Ivana is lovely and easy to work with as a host. "
