"No check-in information was given. Had to call them and it was clear they hadn't send anything as they got the booking website wrong. The room wasn't cleaned. Dirty towels. Internet disabled. Old dirty linens on the bed (color had washed off, holes, frays). Booked for 4 and only linens for 3. We mentioned the issues and were given access to another apartment a mile away. Had to figure out our own transportation. This apartment was in order. We also weren't the only ones, we recognized another...

Urządzane że smakiem, ciepłe przytulne pomieszczenia, w kuchni wszystko czego dusza zapragnie, z ekspresem i pyszną kawą, herbatka, lodówka, zmywarka, naczynia, kieliszki na każdą okazję :) nawet toster. 4. Wygodny system z kodami na klamkach. Polecam!"

"Not the first time there and we’re back that proves the point. Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment plus. Walking distance to all main attractions, coffee shops and restaurants. Perfect location for a short and a long term stays. I highly recommend this place yet again. "

Really helpful staff, cleaning crew were so friendly and kind, asking if I needed anything else etc. Do yourself a favour and sign up for their breakfast buffet with your room - it’s more than worth it. Delicious food in a really nice space. And the location is fantastic. Close to old town and a short ride to the main train station. "

"The apartment was gorgeous. Very clean. Loved the location because it was only a few blocks from the mall. You have a drug store, mini market, liquor store and Starbucks only 1 block away. The only issue I had was with deposit options. You can only use blick or PayPal. The need to have more options "
