The restaurant manager Fred was wonderful and friendly. -We booked this 4 star place in part because of the advertised laundry service but on day 3 of our stay when I asked, I was told they didn’t have that service. -for an advertised 4 star hotel, The rooms air conditioning was very bad and left much to be desired and made sleeping quite difficult even with the ceiling fan. "Charming small hotel a few minutes walk (up the hill!) from Juan les Pins centre. Good breakfast buffet, nice pool area which we were able to use post check-out whilst awaiting our flight home. Room a little small, and no coffee in room but excellent bathroom & v comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Would stay again."
