"Super clean for our 1 night in Bari. Staff was wonderful and very welcoming. Made arrangements to store our luggage since we arrived early. The rooftop terrace was outfitted very nicely and was the perfect place to rest up for a few hours before our flight. Room was big, king bed, windows that open, tv with netflix. Large shower that was 100 enclosed. Good breakfast selection. If I had to make 1 suggestion it would be for extra bed pillows. They provided 2 each but were full feather and...

"Slow answers. Firstly you have to have WhatsApp on phone. Secondly, you have to download a key app. No flexibility to store luggage a bit before checking or after checkout. You get access exactly at the check-in time."
