The staff took us where we needed through a private shuttle and answered all requests to the best of their ability. Highly recommend!!"

"Clean Breakfeast Staff"

"The most convenient location in Sannomiya. I booked a room at corner that was very spacious with massage chair and split of restroom and bath tub, which enhanced better design because I dislike unit bath that is very common in business hotels. The breakfast was superb with spectacular views from the highest floor. If I revisit Kobe, I will definitely rebook this hotel."
