"On a somewhat iffy looking street but it is not an issue. A very close walk to town and the train station . Staff is very helpful. Hotel is very nice, rooms have a zen quality. Hotel arranged to ship our bags too"

"Great place easy to find walking distance to all good and convenient stores 10 minutes Has a tub on the roof for relaxing"

"First class hotel great restaurant attentive staff right across from the train station "

"We stayed here while on a road trip and needed a place to stay. While there isn’t a dinning option for food at this hotel, they did recommend an excellent place close for us to dine. The staff here were wonderful!"

"Location a little away from town and in area that doesn’t compare with luxury of the venue but the food and service were of the highest quality "

"Considering the price, very decent place!"

"It’s a stone throw away from the station. Initially went to store my luggage since I arrived earlier before check-in and both my luggage were sent straight to my room when I came back in the evening. Hotel may look dated but everything works well and it’s a comfortable stay."

"Excellent and attentive staff. Liked the post industrial loft vibe with walkout balcony city views. Also very near the train station and Fukuyama Castle."

"Quiet, comfortable and clean hotel. Friendly staff"

"朝食は可もなく不可も無く、美味しく頂きました。 ウェルカムドリンク（生ビールあり）や夜カレーなど、宿泊費を考えると最高だと思います。"

"Incredible location and view, spacious room, helpful and kind staff"

"It was a fine stay. The room was cool with the projector for viewing and we loved the souvenir machine. We slept comfortably and the hotel was quiet. The room was fairly clean and water pressure was great for the shower. Free bottles of water in the room was nice as well. However the cafe closed early, the ice cream machine wasn't working and the rooftop bar was closed. The property had dust bunnies throughout and staff was sparse which made it feel a bit like a ghost town. "

"Junki took exceptional care of us. What a wonderful club!"

"Nice hotel, clean rooms, good amenities"
