"BREAKFAST IS ALWAYS THE BEST. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT AND VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE BEEN STAYING AT THE HERITAGE FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS NOW. THE STAFF ALL THE WAY FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE MANAGEMENT, ARE VERY IMPRESSIVE. I FEEL LIKE I AM HOME WHEN I STAY THERE AND THE VALUE IS GREAT, NOT ANOTHER HOTEL THIS NICE FOR THE PRICE. "The room is clean and overall safe and sound. Communication with the hotel staff was smooth. The hotel is very close to Manila Airport T3; you can reach it within a few minutes. However, the entrance is a bit confusing, but communicating before reaching made things easier. The area has many restaurants and entertainment options and is quite safe."

"We ended up not staying there because of confusion with hotels.com and the host with checking in. We ended up getting a hold of Mary who refunded are stay and was very apologetic for the confusion that happened during our check-in. All advice would be to find out what cluster you’re staying in and don’t just ask one security guard they go to the cluster that you’re staying at and ask them to check in.
