When we drove up, we were not sure because the sign only said HOTEL on top where another word had been. But once we walked through the door, it was bliss. We did a transit stop, from the FRA airport each way taxi fare €25, only place to eat it's the hotel restaurant, not to many options but a nice quality €20-30, if you want to go to the city, it's a metro station close by 5-10min walking.

I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others.
