"For me, it's the little things that count, and so I was really, really pleased when, for example, I checked into the hotel and they immediately asked if I wanted a fresh bottle of water, still sparkling. It was just these little things that made it so nice when I checked into my room. They had light music on the radio turned on, and it's these little things that make it so much more memorable and that much more personable, so I really appreciated that. Colin at the front desk was also very, very helpful and made me feel extremely welcome during check-in. Not to mention, the place was just amazing."

"Great hotel. Clean with nice staff. This was my second time staying. Few pointers: the sleeping pillows are not great. I stay in a lot of hotels and haven’t got a good sleep here. The room art with the blown up lady is a miss. The space is nice enough without it."

"This is my second stay at this property. Location is one of the most central ones , near great shopping, restaurants and U bahn station (all within walking distance ). And the area is very quiet and very residential. Staff is extremely helpful, room is very comfortable, property has a great gym and breakfast is the star! Huge breakfast buffet with everything you can think of: scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, cheeses , salmon, it’s truly great. Keep up the great work you do !"

"Rooms were spacious and very clean and equipped with a fridge! Gym was clean and rarely busy. Staff are great. Hotel is a short walk to the the train and supermarket is downstairs. highly recommend!"

"Good location just a short walk from an U-bahn station and around a 15 minute walk from the zoo. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a family room with a sofa bed, which my son found to be too firm and not comfortable to sleep on. Lacking in wardrobe/drawer space. The room was very hot when we arrived but the air conditioning worked well to cool the room. Good shower. The room was quiet despite the hotel being located on a busy road. The breakfast buffet was good with the usual offerings you would expect to find - bacon, sausages, eggs, croissants, breads and pastries, meats and cheeses, cereals. Bar prices were reasonable. The bar area was quiet and relaxing in the evenings."
