it is in a quite village. The staffs are super friendly and tried hard to help. The room has a nice view. If you are not an early bird, the 530am church bells might be an issue.

Lovely traditional German hotel with delicious food in a beautiful setting on the edge of the woods where you can spend hours walking and hiking. Our room may be been considered a mini suite, as it contained a very spacious sitting area as well as a balcony. There weren't many good options for an overnight stay in Freudenstadt, so we were happy to find this hotel for the first night of our 3 day/2 night Black Forest tour. Our room was spacious and included a refrigerator, the TV had family friendly channels for our son, the shower was hot with good water pressure, the bed was pretty comfortable, and everything was clean. We also appreciated the underground parking and short drive into the center of Freudenstadt. What really made this place stand out...
Was greeted very friendly when we arrived- had a great lunch at the restaurant- they where very accommodating to my wifes dietary needs and restrictions. Enjoyed the property and ammenties as it felt like we had the entire upstairs to ourselves with the fitness center and patio. The room was clean and comfortable with all the right touches. Breakfast the next day was fantastic with plenty to choose from and good quality. Overall staff was fantastic and friendly!!
