A special thank you to Jannah at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness. She was courteous, efficient, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile, which made the check-in and overall experience truly pleasant. Also a big thank you to Jagjeet for placing the slice of birthday cake in our room so that i may surprise my best friend on her birthday! I would also like to commend the housekeeping team for the birthday decorations as well as maintaining the room in impeccable condition. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and consistency throughout my stay did not go unnoticed and greatly enhanced my comfort. "The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50"

"Debbie was so warm and welcoming! Room is clean and contains all the needed amenities; perhaps add transparency cover to the upstairs bathroom in the family room. Nasi Lemak and food spread at breakfast were really good as well! Overall, thoroughly impressed and would patron this hotel again if u visit Ipoh!"
