It was a super good stay considering I've only stayed in first world hotel whenever I've been to Genting highlands, was definitely an upgrade from first world, the staff was friendly and took care of all our queries patiently, just a side praise to the shuttle bus driver there, despite having a full bus and no booking from us, he let us in when 2 seats were no show and was very cool about it, kudos to the hotel management, wasn't easy to book a grab in the morning and in the night, and the taxis...
The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)
