Perfect for families. This location is right on the edge of lively areas but just a short walk to everything you want or need for kids and adults. The staff was also very helpful and we’re happy to accommodate every step of the way with the best attitudes.
Just a great stay with no problems. Hotel looks new and modern. My room was a bit small but normal by Japanese standards. Really easy to get here from Hakata Station. I come to Fukuoka often this is place is better then most of the other places I've stayed at. Next time I come, this will be the first place I I try to book with. I didn't get her name but my housekeeper on the 10th floor
We love the location, the staff, and the decent sized rooms here - we’ve tried a few other places in Fukuoka, but this is the hotel we end up coming back to
The rooms are spacious. The restaurant is a bit expensive. The breakfast toast and omelette were delicious. Close to Bay station to catch monorail to Disney.
It is close to the Subway and there is convenient stores near. Also, they offer laundry facilities but there is only 3 machines and drying takes a bit of time. Other than that would stay here again.
Did not realize that room was a mini apartment. Should have planned to stay several days. Check in staff was nice and quick. Room had hot plate and minifrig. Bathroom was a bit odd with small tub and strangely located shower head. Easy to get to across from convention center.
Nice large hotel with all the amenities. It’s been halfway updated as you will see by the yellow tubs and yellowy walls. Bed a litt flat for me but a nice room nonetheless
