The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

I highly recommend this Hotel. has a great location in the Financial area of Shanghai. They have a buffet that is available with your Hotel Booking for quests (Breakfast Buffet) when you make a reservation. I thought I was getting Two Buffets per Day since I stayed for two nights with 2 people in the room - The Hotel stated that the Hotel included Buffet only included one buffet per room which was misleading and very disappointing since I booked the Hotel based on it including WiFi in the room...

Excellent location. They offered an upgrade for only 30usd extra and I got a gorgeous suite with a terrace and view of the skyline. I wish I could have stayed longer

Helpful clerk located the key information of the taxi after we left a phone after riding. The driver asked￥200 to deliver it. Nice sauna and stemming room. Good location and environment. Enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very nice. Great location to food, shopping, and the metro station. The staff were helpful and professional. The rooms were spacious and well stocked. We were given bottled water daily. I would recommend this hotel.

Very nice room. The only thing we did not like was that the entire room smelled like smoke. It was difficult to sleep/breathe.

Location, slacial room, clean

This was a stop over on an extended business trip. I love this neighborhood in Shanghai. A quiet area but walking distance to a number of parks, shopping food etc. Easy access to head to the other tourist and business areas. An oasis.
