This hotel is a gem. The staff are exceptional - patient, energetic and competent.The food is better than most hotels in major cities, with fresh produce, great taste at reasonable price. Big ships go by all day as you dine. I have stayed 3 times this year and they excelled.

Super small, but convenient for a quick one night stay in Rotterdam!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent - quiet at night but a short walk to the shopping dining and tourist attractions. We stayed in the two bed apartment which was beautiful and spacious with kitchen and laundry facilities as well as a small private roof terrace. There was an issue with a leaking shower which proved difficult to rectify but the staff made every effort to fix this and fairly compensated us for the inconvenience. I stayed for 4-nights with my adult-son, while we we touring DeltaWorks water projects outside of Rotterdam, and then touring in area and Delft. Beautiful relatively new (and modern hotel), good breakfast, attentive staff. Easy walk to Haag Central train station (direct fast train to Schipol airport--30 min).
