"Check-in was a combination of Jurassic park and the Stepford Wives. No humans. Needed some assistance and was assisted almost immediately. Small room, however well equipped. Very good breakfast buffet with lots of choices (western and Asian). Overall good experience"

"Rooms were clean but very small. Location was perfect for what we needed, a 24-hour layover after a typhoon delayed our flight into Tokyo causing us to miss our connecting flight to Seoul. Haneda Innovation City is an interesting place, with plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. I would stay here again."
