This was our home away from home for almost a week. My family and I were extremely comfortable with our sleeping arrangements, neighborhood stores, and train station. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Tsukuba Express station. Clean room. Great temperature and water pressure for the shower. Great smelling bath bombs. Access to washer and dryers on a different floor. And, friendly and helpful staff that speak English much better than I speak Japanese. I would stay here again!
One of the best places we stayed at in Tokyo. Owners were some of the friendliest and most accommodating people we met on our trip and the translations and signs in the unit were incredibly helpful. A travel recommendation near the unit was also given that we went to and had a great time. 5/5!
Everything was maintained very well! Good amenities, good staff, clean, very close to the train station and 2 convenient stores about 3 mins away. Just like any Japanese hotel it’s a bit small in space but it wasn’t a hassle at all. Another thing to note is if you’re calling the hotel there might be moments where there might be someone who speaks English (happened to us twice to call about sending over our luggage) and at the moment no one could help us.
