"Overall a great stay at the Doubletree hotel. Convenient for the Schonbrunn Palace and underground station, approx. 20min walk. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with all our queries. The breakfast was very filling and such a choice. We enjoyed the bar food, and although not advertised this was also available as room service. My only criticism would be with the steam room, it wasn't working when we arrived and 6days later still not available despite our questions on it's return to service. Overall well worth another visit."

"Very close to the U4 and U6 lines so very easy to get into the city. Breakfast was great with lots of options. New waffle machines were fun and learnt how to use them pretty quick and saw lots of people end up with waffles stuck in them! Downside to the rooms were the doors slamming. Not sure if it was other travellers or the cleaning staff, at times it was a door slam every 6 seconds at around 10am for 3.5 minutes. Staff were amazing. Skipping the room clean for a free drink was a nice bonus!"

We also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, and found the bedroom to be very clean and comfortable. Additionally, the location is perfect—being so close to the river, shops, restaurants, and main sightseeing attractions made our trip very convenient. "This is a really nice, relatively new hotel in a nice safe neighbourhood that is convenient to bars, restaurants, shops and in easy walking distance of the main attractions. It was clean, the rooms were a good size. The bed was a bit creaky for a new establishment and the pillows were a bit hard for me. Blackout blinds were okay and the room was really quiet. There was a nice coffee machine and there was also oat milk which I was very happy about. The shower and the bathroom were lovely. Also there was a nice friendly welcome at reception and the staff were very helpful and they gave us a welcome drink on arrival with was a very nice touch."
