"Room was clean, plenty of towels, would've been nice to have a small fridge, particularly in summer. Balcony was a lovely surprise and all, ALL the staff smiled and were very friendly. I could be cynical and attribute this to the new management 'bounce' but hope it shall continue as I am looking forward to return soon. "

If you're tired of characterless, identical chain hotels and fancy seeing London from a different perspective, this is the place for you. Quirky and fun decor, quietly attentive and friendly staff, really nicely appointed, comfortable rooms - and a killer Negroni in the bar. At this price point, it is excpetional. I'll be back,,, "

"Check in was brilliant, it's a self serve and easy to use. Room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The only issue is that the bathroom door didn't close which could lead to embarrassment. The blackout blinds worked lovely. "
