We have spent really good time at Cretan Dream Resort, especially thanks to the Staff. Even though the weather was not so good they suggested us places to visit when raining. Everyone has been really helpful with our requests, reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff. Breakfast was so rich and the food was of really top quality : there were many local products like cheese, honey ,fresh fruit, many quality of bread, jams...I would stay there again in the future.

Excellent staff, room, services... Best stay during the whole trip in Crete. I would definitely repeat.

Agradable habitación, excelente atención del personal, ubicación ideal.

Nice, clean and tidy hotel in an original Venetian harbour building. Very friendly and helpful staff willing to give useful advice about visiting Chania. Would certainly recommend.

excelente

Room was very clean and completely furnished of everything needed, we even got an unexpected welcome drink which was a true surprise. We appreciated also the small coffee/tea kit for breakfast. Position is very centric, less than 5min away from bus station and very close to the old town and harbour. The only thing to consider is that our room didn't have window, so for longer stays it can be an inconvenient.
