"Really nicely appointed rooms! Very clean and comfortable. On arrival, the place looks like a motor inn, and we were expecting something not so nice. So when we entered the room, it was a lovely experience. Breakfast was excellent -- wide variety of delectable food and decent coffee. Only slight deduction on points: a lot of squeaky floorboard above our heads in Room 113. Didn't think there were rooms above us, but the noise (and squeak) of walking went on for some time."

"This is not in the city ctr there are plenty of food options and shopping options in the area. The pillows were not up to my standards but using 3 I made it. I feel the whole place needs to be aired out. Everything was clean but had a stale smell to it. Didn't smell of any cleaning products at all. I realize some people can't deal with some scents. But a little something or leave doors open for a few hrs. I opened my door/window for 20 minutes when I checked in. Also left open when I left with a/c off. All in all it was good stay for the night. I would stay again"

"We had an extended stay here and I was told that we would have house keeping every other day. After 7 days we had not one house keeping visit. Tub would fill with no drain/slow drain. Bathroom door would not stay open, had a slow close due to being out of square. carpet in room had tears and needed cleaned. beds were soft and pillows were extremely soft. at check in the cable was not working and needed to contact front desk for help. Breakfast is very limited and could be a lot better for selections. Staff was good, nothing to complain about here."

"I was a little nervous booking at a motel with my family but was limited with my own poor planning booking for a lacrosse tournament at UMass. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and ease of everything. We did need to ask for extra sheets for the pullout bc they were not in the room, and even with the owners dealing with a family emergency they were very attentive and we had everything we needed. It was an easy 17 minute drive to UMass and very affordable."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very comfortable and clean with ample outlets and ports for device charging. Elevators make the multiple levels of the building easily accessed. Especially fabulous features are the inn's restaurant (featuring delicious and beautifully presented food that we sampled for dinner and breakfast) along with their full bar and excellent wine offerings."
