"Good basic hotel with good restaurant and service. Gym was rather small but enough for short exercise."

"Nice room and a safe place "

"Perfect place for relaxing and the tranquility is out of this world "

"Hotel felt safe, validated cars and drivers going in and out."

"Well secure Hotel with Excellent staff and food"

"The rooms were clean. The surrounding was very secure."

"I only made use of the room at night. I did not have any meals at the hotel. I did attempt to order a toasted cheese sandwich and coffee at about 11:00 in the restaurant. The order was reluctantly received. I had to leave a e cancelled 10 minutes later because the preparation of the order had not yet commenced. The last time my toasted cheese sandwich took nearly 2 hours to arrive. "

"Good safe hotel with excellent staff. Extremely close to the Gallagher conference center and perfect for exhibitors/visitors to the show."

"I stay here on occasion when the hotels close to Mall of Africa are booked out. Especially if you're here for a business week the Ellipse appartments is a really good alternative. Easy quick walk to Mall of Africa if one needs something. Safe compound. There's even a completely fine restaurant right one the premises (Olives & Plates). "Pool was very nice, shopping places were under 20mins away which is great "

"The room is spotless "

"Lovely people but there was no electricity when we arrived after a long drive (tree brought power lines down) so no hot water and no fridge for the wine we brought. I booked because of the balcony and fridge with the intention of relaxing with a glass of wine after a shower. Instead we had to go to a bar, unwashed, to eat and drink. The power cut wasn’t their fault but there were no solutions suggested to us. "

"It was for a wedding. We stayed in room 9. It must be the smallest room ever. The bathroom has a smell and the shower was ridiculously small. Not appealing at all. The breakfast was also very disappointing "

"I arrived and they didn’t know that I was staying over. I had to check in to the hospital the next morning and there wasn’t even toiletpaper. I left immediately and booked into another place. Personnel at gate was super unfriendly. I lost my money because virtual agent wasn’t able to refund me. Will never use this app to book again."
