"Hotel manager Letika was phenomenal in welcoming everyone and making us feel at home. She went above and beyond to know guests by name, activities and hometown. Even celebrated my birthday with balloons and flowers on the front desk! We will be back!"

"This was a fantastic location, very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful breakfast. My room was by the elevator, but it was very quiet / no issues with noise. I did get a chance to use the small gym; it was clean and stocked with the basics. The location is perfect if you want to access North Hills, Downtown, and Durham within 20m. I will be traveling to Raleigh for business a few more times this year, and as far as I'm concerned, this will be my "home base" every time."
