"This was a no-frills hotel with very high level of service and meals. Come to this hotel if you want to be surrounded by nature with many things to do related to hiking in the rain forest and seeing nature."

"The lodge was comfortable and very quiet "

"Friendly staff! Within walking distance from bus stop and town. They arranged our tours for us when we requested( bird tour and chocolate factory). Rooms are wonderful! Beds and sheets are the BEST!"

"Centrally located and easily walkable. Safe and secure. Immaculate condition and well equipped. Friendly and helpful staff. A great choice."

"This place is so awesome. It is cosy and comfy and spacious. The breakfast area is open with hummingbird feeders and a place for other birds to visit. The room was big and I had a big patio space that was sheltered with a wonderful breeze 15/10 would recommend"

"The staff were incredibly helpful in arranging our taxis from the Quito airport to Mindo and back. Nice grounds, we were not there long enough to take a swim but the pool looked nice. Would recommend and would stay again."

"Great location in mindo ecuador. Family owned very accommodating family. Food is good too."

"Amazing villa with 3 bedrooms and many lounge areas. The staff and owners were very accommodating and even brought our breakfast to us, as we weren’t staying on the main property. Very clean, amazing views, and it was all in a private neighborhood. It is very safe in Mindo. Fresh fruit trees are growing in the backyard, and yes, you will see many new animals. This is the perfect place for your “I need to do this” vacation. The jacuzzi and pool table were a nice touch. Perfecto! We will...

"There was plenty of birds and trails. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was unexpectedly great. The road getting up to the reserve is a little rocky/bumpy but thats literally the only concern everything else was amazing."

"I honestly choose a resort, but I accidentally choose this area. However, I would recommend for those who are low budget travelers but who are willing to take a break and rest in their amazing hot springs. They do have hiking trail, but it is the best not to go in the midst of rain. You will slip and get yourself all muddy. I learn that that hard way. You can walk around the town, but honestly, there is not too much to see aside from the church and cemenetry. The church had an interestingsaint...

"This lodge is located off the beaten track. It takes about 20 min to get here from Mindo on a narrow dirt road. The accommodation is basic but nice. Staff is small but very attentive. My cabin was spacious with one queen sized bed and three single beds (two of them in a loft). Nature around the lodge is beautiful."
