"Room and ensuite clean. Comfortable bed and very welcome and effective air-conditioning during excessively hot spell. Very good buffet breakfast which could be eaten outside on terrace with awning when weather permitting. Small but pleasant and helpful staff. Only downside perhaps was lack of outside space to sit"

"Lovely room with balcony and view of the beach. We were a little disappointed as room was not cleaned for the first few days and we had to request clean towels and toilet rolls to be brought to room. Management were very good and apologised. Location was perfect.On the whole a wonderful place to stay."

"Perfectly good classic old style hotel in a beautiful French seaside town. Excellent shower. Good breakfast with orange juice, fresh croissants, ham and cheese and fresh fruit. Loved the DIY, boiled egg machine! Only disappointment, cheap plastic cups in bedroom."

"Disappointed to find that Wi-Fi was not available in room, as that meant no access to UK radio. Reception staff were very helpful and explained how things worked, as obviously written instructions were in French."
