"Stayed one night at at airport arrival. It was really close to the airport which was a great plus. Check in staff was super friendly. Restaurant was closed already but they offered late night pizzas, the pizza was really good haha. Room was spacious, big bathroom, they left a handwritten welcome note which was a really nice touch. Bathroom was good and clean. THE BED was awesome what a nice night sleep. Complete english breakfast, sausages, hash, beans, eggs, coffee, the full run. Def worth it...

The food in the restaurant was fantastic a d the staff were brilliant everywhere. The spa facilities, pool, sauna, steam room and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were fantastic. "Stared well but on the hottest day of the year the ac in the room was broken and the ceiling was stained i tried to use the pool to relax but there was an aqua aerobics class 😣 spoke to Mary on reception who was very kind and as they couldn’t fix the ac and my disappointment re the poo they moved me to a better room excellent customer service

Easyjet allows bag drop the night before between 6-9pm for flights that depart before 8am. I would stay here again."

"The room was very small, the mattress was too soft (you could sink in it) and the pillows were not comfortable. The worst was the isolation: they gave us rooms on the 1st floor with window not isolated facing Portland St. which is a big avenue. I couldn’t close the eyes the night because of the noise of the cars and buses. The window doesn’t isolate the noise and the room neither as I could hear all the activity in the corridor. I will think twice on going again there for the price we paid"
