Hotels in Monks Kirby

The property was a perfect little English inn for a quick night during our trip from the US. Rooms and grounds were clean, staff helpful, and room well-suited.

We were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. The beds were very comfortable. We used the leisure facilities in the morning which open at 7. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were relaxing. I hope to go back and spend a couple of nights.

Spotless room and public areas. Staff in bar and restaurant were very helpful and informed. Very enjoyable stay

Convenient, staff very helpful, bed comfy and room a nice size.

Brilliant clean and co

This was one of the finest hotels I have experienced in quite a long time. I would congratulate the owners, management and especially the staff for the quality

Nice place, did not make use of many of the facilities but restaurant and bar on site. Rooms are basic but clean. Overall excellent value for money

Nicely done conversion to a hotel from the old Coventry Telegraph building. They kept a lot of the memorabilia and feel from when it housed the newspaper. Room was a great size with a quite small but lovely bathroom.

Nice staff- slightly dated but worked well for the price.

Everything was as it should be, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing

New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away .

I liked the fact that this not a run of the mill motel It also reminded me so much of the house I lived in from 1959 - 62, not far away at Allesley (sadly gone). This was owned by Jaguar Cars to accommodate student apprentices. We were amazed by the old fireplace in the sitting room, part of one of the old City gates.

Easy check in. Staff was helpful. Gym is nice.
