"Outstanding Stay"

"Room was not cleaned and very misleading on the number of sleepers. Not sure how more than one is supposed to be able to fit on the pull out sleeper. "

"My stay at the Kompost was unfortunately a bit mixed. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find a roach in the room, and there were some unusual droppings in one of the drawers, which raised concerns about cleanliness. That said, there were definitely some positives—the breakfast was great, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept very well. The staff was also friendly and attentive, making sure my needs were taken care of throughout my stay."

"Room card did not work, one elevator did not go to our floor but kept opening when we called for elevator. Pool had no towels available. The staff was very friendly however. Room also had a weird smell, sort of like sewage which was off putting."

"Our stay was 5 hours. Our biggest disappointment happened when our luggage didn’t arrive at the airport, making it around 11:30pm when we tried to reach the hotel for the included free pickup. After 3 tries to reach hotel we were unable to reach them. We then went to the at the cab station to a cab that we found out had no meter, charged $35.00 that had to be paid in cash. "
