This is a really nice hotel for the price. The location is probably 30 mins away from the 2 best beaches on the island. Not to mention the location is also by a beach that has some great waves and even a soccer stadium with a track. It's also by some good resturants. breakfast in the morning was amazing and staff was super nice. Definitely give it a try. Oh and there are cats all over the place outside of the hotel that the hotel helps feed, pretty cool just watching cats come and go haha.
My and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay comfortable. Our room was well-cleaned daily. It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. We booked room with beautiful sea view (little more expensive) from large balcony with small plastic table and two chairs. If it comes to bathroom, shower was little annoying beacuse of small shower tray - after taking...
Eleutheria, our host in this family-operated hotel was wonderful. She took time to show us all of Chania's sights and recommended delicious restaurants far from the tourist trap locales circling the Venetian Harbor. The hotel smartly stocks the in-room refrigerator with fresh fruit, beer, sodas and juices -- all complimentary. They also provided us with a bottle of red wine from the family's winery. We also received a carafe of their homemade raki. I would definitely stay here again.

Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear.

This hotel is located in Kalamaki, which is about a 15 min bus ride from Chania city center. It was the perfect stay for us. The sea was the hotel's backyard and the swimming pools were really nice. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at the hotel was real relaxing and peaceful. Sunsets were amazing from the dock and if you reserved the tables on the dock near the sea for dinner, you had a wonderful view of the sunsets which was very romantic. We had dinner at the hotel...
This hotel was really amazing!! it's newly built complex and had all the facilities you would need plus an amazing view of the ocean - the hotel is on a sandy beach which makes sunbathing and swimming (and doing yoga if you're into it) such a relaxing experience! Right opposite they have a cool island and the sunset from the rocks is a sight not to miss!! and most importantly the staff
was really friendly and catered to our every need .
We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.
family owned property. Room I stayed in was newly renovated and much cleaner and nicer than any other property I stayed in Chania. Property seemed to cater more for families but as a solo traveler I was impressed by the amount of travel advice I got from staying at this property!

When I say this hotel is a five star experience, it even feels like an understatement. From the staff to the view and the idyllic environment, The Theodore is perfection. I hesitate to even write a review because I worry it will get overrun with tourists, but not writing it would be a disservice to the hotel. It’s beyond expectations. A perfect place for a quiet beach stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.
