"The sheets were yellow. Our bathroom door would not close because of improper floor installation. Front parking lot was small so it filled up quickly. Back door had no key pad so you had to walk around to the front to get in. Pool and jacuzzi were out of service. At check-in they got our rooms mixed up and we ended up sending my daughter to two occupied rooms at 4am! "

"The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Pineville is a great place to stay. Staff is welcoming. Property good. However, on this trip they were stretched because of new maid staff. "

"Staffing was exceptional but the room could use thorough cleaning techniques and sanitation and a few updates. I did not get a chance to try breakfast. Overall the stay was average. Maybe add some sound proof walls. (emphasis on soundproof)! "
