A great, beautiful, modern, clean hotel. Friendly staff, very clean, and helpful. Delicious breakfast with many options, worth the extra money to pay. Kid friendly. Close to Disneyland as well, around 10 min ride with a car. Highly recommended.
Hotel is wonderful, but the transportation to Disneyland is horrible. One bus is shared amongst many hotels, making the bus impossible to get into from the hotel or from Disneyland. Drivers are doing their best, but the hotels need to get more busses knowing that this is a hige issue.

The outside area was gorgously decorated for the Holidays. Great job! The COVID stations were well organized- and we felt pretty safe. The rooms need a refresh - but we loved the size of the room , windows looking out to woods and the bathroom was totally fine as is. The front desk needs more training. I found this property to be delightful. The staff were friendly, patient, and willing to look over my language barrier. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located across the street from multiple bus stops and the subway station. It was very easy to just walk over and take the subway into Paris on our first day then Disneyland Paris on the next day. If you do not speak French, don’t let staying here dissuade you. I would advise anyone visiting...
We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.
We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location made getting to the Disney parks very easy, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful conveniences at the hotel.
