"This was my second stay and once again the staff were helpful and friendly. The ground floor rooms with patio door access and parking outside was ideal when I travelled with my 88 year old mother. The breakfast was good, as was the evening meal. Perfect location for visiting Beamish. Enjoyed both stays and will be happy to stay again in the future."

I struggled to sleep as the bed was too soft for me (personal preference). Not sure I’d stay again but did the job for the evening."
