"Came down for an event and we definitely didn’t enjoy this hotel. No towels, ice machine wasn’t working, juice machine was out of order and staff was overall unfriendly. Only good thing is the location is close to the airport and convenient. "

"If I could give this place a -10 I would, I literally drove 10 hours arrive at the hotel & they said they don’t have a reservation for me even after showing them the confirmation email, that it was indeed booked, then all of a sudden she “found” me in the system but told me it was canceled and there wasn’t anything she can do, she was the absolute rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Very very disrespectful and very very rude"

"This is an older hotel that has been nicely updated. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator-which was difficult for some guests. If you have difficulty with stairs be sure to ask for a first floor room."

"Our room was nasty. We had someone’s long black hairs on our pillowcases and sheets, the room smelled of cigarettes, the floor was dirty and had streak marks everywhere, a half used roll of toilet paper, we had 1 bathroom soap that we had to use, and the vibes of the entire restaurant matched the quality of the room. Extremely disappointed. Unfortunately we were too tired and it was too late in our day to get anything changed. So that’s how we spent our wedding night. Definitely not happy with the entire thing and without a doubt will not be staying at this Days Inn again nor will I consider other ones"
