We stayed for 3 nights at CastaDiva in September 2015. We have been to Lake Como a few times prior this visit but the hotel and facilities were remarkable. Seriously the pictures on the website do not do show you enough. my husband and I were actually shocked at how horrible their marketing ability is on the website when stepping foot on site. This hotel was one of two unexpected gems. I cannot stress this enough, people. GO here. And get a room with a lake view. Pay extra for it if you have to, it's SO worth it. Very convenient if you arrive late or depart early. Easy 3 minute walk to the bus stop (it is free, between Terminal 1 and 2, the bus stop is at Casa Nouve. Nice breakfast.

We had such a great experience. Room had the views of the lake and the mountains - out of this world. Every member of the staff was courteous, helpful, as well as very knowledgeable. Clean, very convenient location. Close to shops, restaurants. Just 10 min walk from train station with trains to Milan. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. If you do not want stay in a big crowded city and be close to everything at the same time, then this is the best choice.

What can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing, from the top-notch hotel service at the front desk to the property cleanliness; it outshined every hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. Hotel has a public transportation literally across the street which is very convenient. The area surrounding the hotel looks a bit rough but I didn’t mind it. The wifi was fine and the hotel managed was pretty nice. The hotel was very clean as well

This has been characterized as a highway hotel and it may so but it's definitely much more than that. Rooms are ample and very comfortable, and clean. Hotel staff is always ready to help. Located next to a highway it allows for easy access to Como, Lecco, Milan or any other place in Lombardy. You do need a car though, but there's a train station a 20-minute walk away.
