We love staying here. The pool is heated and there is plenty of shade. Used the bar for the first time a drinks were perfect. Eric at the front desk exseplefies what being a host is all about. He has great customer service skills.

Great room very clean

Excellent facilities and pleasant staff. This hotel provides a very “exclusive” feeling. Will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Everyone is attentive and parking is plentiful.

Didn’t understand the parking situation

I loved this for the price. Walkable to grocery store and some fast food. New tables with charging slots on top. Clean newish basic bathroom. Comfortable bed. It’s loud from the highway so if you are very sensitive to noise I’d look elsewhere but otherwise a great choice for a stop over Management: get someone to do some caulking. Easy cheap fix that makes bathroom not look dingy

Had a good time here for my stay. Only issue I had was with the valet. The manager is the morning shift. Wasn’t allowing me to park in the closer parking spot. Said self check in would have to park in the last 5 spaces. That he is not responsible if something happens. Mind you, I’m paying $31 per night for parking. Thanks again for my stay. Front desk guy/woman was friendly and helpful

Front desk staff -Gerry is friendly and accommodating, house keeping is also fast by giving extra bedding. A lady from the office offers my kids with crayons and drawing stuff during our check in. The place is very homey with friendly staff. My family feels secured during our stay and my kids loves the heated pool!

Very nice hotel, very roomy and clean. Reasonable rate, even with the $16 parking fee. Staff helpful and friendly.

This is such a great hotel and such a convenient location. The staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are spotlessly clean and parking was convenient. Such a great value for the price!

Two times staying here all my stays have been good only thing that they changed was early check in now has a fee other than that everything was perfect

I requested a 1st floor room due to my mobility issues. They granted that request and even UPGRADED my room to a suite with wider doors and a roll-in shower! The free breakfast consisted of make-your-own waffles, eggs, bacon, various cereals and various breads, bagels and muffins. The check-in was very smooth and friendly. I will definitely be staying at La Quints again!

Best western in Thousand Oaks, CA is very clean, our room smell fresh and a/c is working good. The free breakfast is not a buffet compare to best western Camarillo but they have at least 4 choices in the menu. Definitely I will be staying again in this location.

Clean, close to shopping and dining, free continental breakfast and nice and quite.

Great location if you're visiting your kid at UCLA. I could walk to and from campus through some beautiful neighborhoods. Although, be warned... nobody walks in LA. You'll stand out! :-)

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

Staff was very friendly and happy. I really liked that they had coffee in the lobby AND hot chocolate or tea for the non-coffee drinkers
