This is a very classy place in all ways: staff friendliness and attentiveness; wonderful food, beautiful grounds, comfortable and lovely rooms, and access to mineral spring pools. The only downsides were that the resort is 15 or 20 minutes from San Miguel (they provide free transportation to the center) and that the big swimming pool is quite warm for swimming. It is definitely a vacation destination, in itself, especially if you have children.

Nicest people you will ever meet, so safe and beautiful. You will feel like family not customers. Restaurants were fabulous and again so welcoming.

Gorgeous little hotel not far from the main square. Large rooms, giant bathrooms, comfortable beds, soft linens, plush towels, excellent water pressure, effective heating and cooling. I booked this hotel for my wife who was traveling alone at the time. We were there for a wedding. Not only in San Miguel de Allende a beautiful city with beautiful people, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room and very quiet. Just the sounds of bells, roosters, dogs and fireworks on Sunday morning. Wonderful breakfast in courtyard. Barbara, the host, is awesome.

The property is very nice, the distance from “El Centro” is super close. We used Uber services and it was on avg. $60.00 pesos ($4.00 max) uber x. Easy access. My kids used the pool and had fun. Super clean property and the building staff, great people. For sure I’ll keep this property in mind for my next trip to San Miguel de Allende, Gto.

I had an amazing experience here. I was 10 weeks post-op from major knee surgery and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I was taken care of and felt right at home. Breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal.

Small cozy room. Clean overall. Comfortable bedding. Convenient location to catch a taxi or public transportation. However no heating nor a/c. No iron nor blowdrier in room. I had to ask for it at main desk. Overall affordable and satisfied stay.

Just a few complaints to start off with. The bed in room number 5, it was horrible, HARD as the floor you were walking on, for a place this beautiful it should have a better bed. Breakfast, they served you breakfast every morning which we did not know until our LAST day there. Kinda sucked since it was an expensive stay. Extraordinario lugar y concepto

This property is close enough to downtown but far enough from all the noise and traffic. It's beautiful inside and very clean, we enjoyed the rooms very much. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

The hotel is amazing, like in the pictures but better in real life.

Although the hotel / accommodations portion of this property has only been open for a single month, the staff and property are on top of their game already.
